  • RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    Returns

    Our policy lasts up to 7 days. If 7th day have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards, are non-returnable. To complete your return, please send us an email at [email protected].

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

    • Delivery within Metro Manila is 1-3 Business days (with 2 delivery attempts)
    • Delivery outside Metro Manila is 3-7 Business days

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    1. Click Track My Order.
    2. Enter the Tracking number.
    3. Order status will be provided once the shipment has been processed.

  • HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER?

    1. Go to your account.
    2. Click on Orders
    3. You will be provided with the history of your purchases.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    1. Go to your account.
    2. Click on Orders
    3. Click the Order number of the item that you want to check for the status
    4. If the Tracking number is available kindly check the Tracking number to the Track My Order Tab.
    5. Enter the Tracking number
    6. If the Tracking number does not show any status kindly double check the Tracking details or you may chat, email or call for us to better assist you.

  • DELAYED ORDER/S

    Kindly check the Shipping and Delivery information for the timeframe given depending to which area you are in.

  • UNABLE TO MAKE PURCHASES OR PLACE AN ORDER.

    1. Make sure that all the required information is filled out if it is showing * beside an information you need to check if all the information provided is complete and correct.
    2. Data Privacy Policy should be agreed upon to push through with the Order this is to make sure all pertinent information you provided in making purchases with Tindahan is secured.

  • WILL I RECEIVE ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

    2. If you do not receive any confirmation E-mail kindly go to Orders and contact “Tita Tindera” via Chat, Email o Phone call to check the status of your Order.
    3. If there is no Order number tied to the Item recently purchased the order may not have successfully placed. You may reprocess your purchase or check if there are available stocks left.

  • I HAVE PLACED A DUPLICATE ORDER AND I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL IT.

    Kindly contact “Tita Tindera” via Chat, Email or Phone call once you have realized making this mistake this is to avoid having the order be processed for delivery.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    1. Order maybe cancelled if the order has not reached the status of Packed or being shipped.
    2. If you have used a Coupon/Voucher for the Order that will be cancelled we can no longer re-validate the voucher for another transaction.
    3. Refund will be the net amount only and will not include any Coupon/Voucher amount.
    4. If the order was successfully cancelled and you have changed your mind and would like to continue with the cancelled order, we cannot restore the order and you may have to repurchase again.
    5. Tindahan has the rights to cancel an order if customer is blacklisted or has fraudulent activities in his/her account.

    Shipping fee is calculated depending on the Distance, Weight and Dimension of your package.

  • HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

    3. You may add a new address for the Billing and Shipping

    Note: Before placing any orders if you have multiple saved shipping address kindly check if the address on the order details is correct to avoid order be returned to Tindahan due to wrong address.

  • CAN I STILL MAKE CHANGES IN MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?

    1. Unfortunately, we can no longer make any changes once the order has been placed.
    2. Kindly contact “Tita Tindera” via Chat or Phone call as soon as possible to check if the changes can still be applied.

  • IS CHANGE OF MIND APPLICABLE?

    1. Change of mind is not applicable to our products.
    2. If the customer accepts the product and wish to return it due to change of mind. This will be subject for approval and customer will be liable to any charges in returning the product to Tindahan.
    3. Refund will be processed once item is returned to Tindahan and undergone quality checking.
